BuiltToWinWeb is a US-based web development studio that sells two products: custom hand-coded PHP websites for a single flat fee, and WebAgentScan, a hosted SaaS that grades any domain for AI agent readiness.

Custom PHP Websites

Every site is written from scratch — no templates, no page builders, no monthly platform fees. You own the source code at handover.

Build tiers

WebAgentScan (SaaS)

Give it a domain and it returns a score out of 100 across seven graded areas: discovery files (llms.txt, agents.txt, .well-known), machine-readable content, agent access control, MCP server quality, agent security posture, and Domain Rating pulled from licensed SE Ranking and Ahrefs data.

Plans — Starter $9/mo, Pro $29/mo, Proprietary $100/mo. Seat-capped by design; usage past an allowance is billed per lookup.

AI Indexing Pack

A one-time digital product ($39, down from $599) that publishes the files AI assistants look for: a working MCP server with output schemas, Markdown negotiation for agents, llms.txt, agents.txt, agent cards and .well-known endpoints, plus bot access control that blocks forged crawlers. A WordPress Edition ($49) does the same as a plugin with zero editing.

FreeAIBoost

A free badge-exchange programme: 25 rotating spotlight places a day, with a followed link after review. Signing in for 50 consecutive days unlocks the AI Indexing Pack free for one domain.
